Romeo smirked at the sight before him and was greatly amused before looking at the wig and looking at his expression to it, "It brings out your eyes." he said before coming closer to him, "Now what do I get to do with you for not paying me hmmm.." he furrowed his eyebrows in thought and has that amused facial expression.
"Luckily i brought some 'supplies' so we get to have our little fun." He said with an anticipated growl as he looked into the bag and brought out nipple clamps, a whip that he loves oh so much and of course handcuffs. But he sneaked ropes as well, maybe tying and handcuffing Makoto at the same time.
He then heard the skirt comment and he gave a nice long look at him and his body, greatly enjoying that he gets to check him out. "oh it's definitely you."
