He grabbed some lotion that was in the pile of things he'd grabbed from the chest and squirted a fair amount into Rick's ass hole after pulling his fingers out, then he shoved all four fingers back in and moved them around inside the human after lubricating his hand. Then, without a warning, he shoved his whole hand into the human and deeper inside Rick until he forced Rick to swallow some of his arm as well. He stared down at Rick with eyes that glowed in the darkness of the room as he moved his fingers around against the walls of Rick's innermost area. "You feel that? I'm reaching deep inside you. Can you feel me deep inside?" he asked in a low voice.
