"Okay.." Josh took a deep breath, kissing Akira's lips softly and then giving Lady a soft kiss atop of her head. "I'll come back soon. I'll leave the door locked so only I have the key. No one will come in." Josh assured as he walked over towards the door, grabbing the key on the dresser nearby, and heading out.
Going to Christine's room right away, it wasn't long before he was knocking on the door, only to walk in uninvited and see his aunt cleaning up the mess that had been made by Lady, which actually wasn't as bad as he thought.
"Can you explain to me, how the fuck you think it's okay to go to my bedroom unannounced and speak to my boyfriend that way?" Josh spoke loudly as he closed the door behind him.
Christine turned, seeing Josh and glaring instantly while holding up one of her torn dresses. "Did you see what she did? That cat shouldn't be in this place, it's meant for humans, not animals."
"This is my home, I decide who I invite in, and who I kick out. She is a part of this family now wether you like it or not. And don't you ever, EVER speak to Akira like that again." Josh's voice was louder now, something he hadn't done in a long time, especially with Akira nearby. His anger was clearly showing on his face, as well as his voice.
Turning to look back at Josh, Christine furrowed her brow and spoke with a hiss to her tone. "Don't speak to me like that. You're my nephew, show me some respect."
"You're ignoring my points." Josh said back, his voice nearly the same although he did lower it slightly. "Don't you dare think of throwing Lady out. And do not speak to him like that. Understand?" Josh said, his breathing getting heavier as his heart loudly beat in his chest, his adrenaline pumping.
Christine was about to say something but she stopped, parting her lips and giving a hard look at Josh before nodding her head. "Understood Master." She said with spite in her voice.
Josh stormed back to the door, stopping halfway there and smiling, clearly not one of amusement, more of irritation. "I don't want you around him until dinner, he's probably terrified of you now. So good job scaring someone who's now part of our lives. So, stay away from us for a few hours why don't you, do us a favour for once in your life." Josh left, slamming the door and ignoring anything Christine was trying to tell him. He didn't give a shit, in fact he wanted to head back to the man he loved and ensure he was okay.
It had taken a few minutes altogether, but Josh got back to his room, unlocking it with the key and stepping inside, making sure to lock it once more behind him. "Akira…you okay?" Josh asked, his voice low and soft, almost feeling as though all that yelling and anger had tired him out slightly.
