Benjamin continued to eat, occasionally looking over at the white-haired male who ate everything like it would be his last. Teru was frail-looking compared to the dolls he had seen in their cages, but he would fix that. He was going to make sure Teru was given the same treatment as the rest of the staff. It's been so long since he was able to even attempt to connect with someone without losing them in a conversation or coming off as uncaring about what the other had to say. He finished his plate and dabbed at his lips with a napkin before noticing that Teru had stopped eating and was instead taking occasional sips of the chilled wine.
"Are you alright, Teru?" he asked gently.
