Teru shivered from Benjamin's touch and wanted to flinch away but he didn't. He looked at the man and listened carefully. It sounded like the man wanted a lover. Like he wanted someone to talk to and rid himself of the loneliness he seemed to carry around. Teru looked up at Benjamin and gave him a small smile. He grabbed the man's hand and gently held his hand with timid and rather fearful fingers. He was literally putting his trust in this new master. This man who bought him. He sniffled once but continued to hold Benjamin's hand gently. "I know our situation is rather... Odd.... You bought me... But I would like... Ah... Like to be a person you can talk to when you want to about anything... I know I'm merely a bought pet... Y-you can use me as you see fit but... I do wish to rid you of some of this loneliness you seem to harbor..."
