Rick licked it all while he couldn't help but pant from excitement, so far from everything he felt since now. Well... maybe not entirely since there were times, two maybe, when he got really excited while killing someone. Those people were a real challenge and it was really nice to kill them, especially since they weren't someone to call a good citizen. Not like it would matter if things would be other way around.
