(The great irony?)
There he went again. Evander was getting all flustered and missing out important words. Hein placed a hand gently on Evander's shoulder.
"Calm down," he said, voice going deeper. "Don't need to panic; you don't have to tell me about your hospital experience or whatever you don't want to tell me about." He wasn't smiling, but Hein wasn't glowering either. It seemed too neutral to be human. But hopefully this relationship could be kept platonic. He wouldn't want to hurt another guy's heart by breaking it apart...
"We'd start by going to the cafeteria then. They have pretty decent food for the average tastebuds, though I'm not sure how cultured or refined yours are..." The class packed up and took one last look at the teacher-student couple that had been this session's models. It had been absolutely disastrous and almost an embarrassment of a lifetime. Hein packed his things too delicately for a man of his size, gently placing charcoal sticks in the metal casing, fixing his drawings one last time before sliding them into his portfolio.
