Robert hit up the hospital, but was told that Derek was busy taking over another doctor's schedule and decided to leave him a note that wished a good day and that they will catch up later. Afterwards he went to the book store to browse and bought himself a journal to write in. From there he hit up a Starbucks and proceeded to write, something he hasn't done in almost half a year.
The story was fairly simple. It was about a man who wanted to find something to live for. He has done drugs, had sex, and done things that would make anyone blush, yet he knew something was missing. The question was just "what". After he wrote a couple of dozen pages and three refills it was decided that Robert should go to the club and get some drinks in him in preparation for the evening when the fun should begin.
