Cain felt that sensitive spot, or rather Jason's body tensing up whenever his fingers pressed into it. He wasn't sure if the tensing was out of pain or if that was an erogenous zone that was just difficult to get to, so he rolled his fingers into that sensitive spot to try and loosen what he believed to be a knot.
