It was a lazy, summer day. Kiba and Naruto were relaxing at Kiba's house. The two ninjas had gotten closer to each other over the summer because they both shared a common trait: they were animals. Kiba was known for being part of some of the toughest ninjas in Konoha, the Inuzukas. They battled with their canine companions and attacked their foes with the ferocity of a beserking beast. Naruto on the other hand had the Nine-Tailed Fox within him, which made him stronger and more beastly in battle. The two had bonded over those animalistic traits and now spent a lot of time together.

This summer had been rather uneventful for Konoha. There seemed to be no missions to go out on, so a lot of the ninja spent their time hanging out with one another. Today, Kiba had invited Naruto, Shikamaru and Sasuke over to hang out at his house. Naruto had already arrived and now they were waiting for Sasuke and Shikamaru. Like always, Kiba was wearing a mesh tank-top and some shorts. Naruto had on a yellow t-shirt and some shorts as well. They sat on the floor of Kiba's house and waited for their other friends.
