i make at least one meal a day, usually either breakfast or dinner, lol. my best meals are omelet & beef stew... though, ive been told that my steak is restaurant quality
im not really a fan of frozen/premade food but cup ramen and canned soup are pretty good, other than that i make food from scratch or use family recipes.
