I personally love Inuyasha and Sesshomaru having some yaoi fun because they are both hot and cute. Inuyasha has the ears and Sesshomaru has the fluffy tail. So that's their cuteness. They seem well built in most of the pictures about Inuyasha and Sesshomaru. And Since they're half brothers it's also incest so it's a forbidden fruit in every way.
