(You're such a lovely writer! )

Setting himself down in the large, unkempt bed, Alexander quickly dropped to sleep as the last three years of painstaking work seemed to fall on him all at once, and demand that he finally rest.

He was correct in thinking that nothing could go wrong in the coming 12 hours it would take for Ashley's memories to develop and nurture in his newly-crafted mind. Not anticipating how long he would sleep, however, those 12 hours flowed all too quickly and the lingering few 3am stars soon disappeared as the morning sun rose and fell until it was mid-afternoon and the memory transfer was almost complete.

As the computer program birthed a consciousness into Ashley's otherwise puppet-like body, his eyes flickered with some difficulty - being the first time they had been opened. Memories still a hodgepodge of muddled events; meeting Alexander for the first time, their first kiss, moving in with him; he awoke with a faint smile, as if awakening from a normal sleep next to his lover.

His smile soon faded however, realising the cramped space he was confined to. A chronic claustrophobe, Ashley would often hold tightly onto Alexander when traveling in a lift, but without the man he so depended on beside him, he rapidly broke down. Screaming and shouting in terror, he banged on the perspex front with the flats of his hands and began to cry, feeling himself somehow unable to breathe.

"Where am I!? Help me! Alex! Alexander! Please help me! Please!" he tried bellow, but his voice barely carried through the small box he stood in.
