Hmm...I only recently got into yaoi so there are only a few couples who are my favorites thus far but here are the ones I have fallen for:

LXLight
Anime: Death Note
The couple that introduced me to yaoi. I love their contrasting relationships and I think the romantic aspect is interesting, mainly because of the fact that L, to me, seemed to be the only one that Light killed and seemed to show even a faint hint of remorse for. One of my friends commented that enemies make the best bed mates and it seems to ring true for pretty much any art or fanfiction I read with these two.

I only like this couple as teenagers. I do like the fact that their friendship as children built up to a yaoi relationship though. These two just seem to complete one another: hell, they HAVE been one person...

Anime: Inuyasha
My fav yaoi couple, oddly enough. I never bought that whole "I hate you" exchange. They risk their necks for one another too much, though under other excuses, to hate each other. The fact that they both happen to me my favorite anime characters, and pretty hot, doesn't hurt. This is also the only couple I don't mind Male Pregnancy in, so long as InuYasha ends up as Mommy.
