I get a little shocked. I was expecting him to either be completely defensive or completely chill about it. We only met a few hours ago, and he's telling me this? I shrug and say, "I have a test we can do." I suggest, smiling, "After school, let's go to my house." I say, putting my arm around his shoulders again and eating my fruit bar.
