Yeah it's quite sad. There's some statistic out there that says that like 1 in 4 "straight" guys have had a gay encounter that they enjoyed. But, because they are scared, the repress it. It's quite sad really.
But I realize that my community is a bit more open minded than most. Anyone who points out a boner in the locker room is basically a jerk here.
