"Sweet, candy!" Ty's face light up like a light bulb. "I have quite a sweet tooth" He continued to unwrap the package. He looked like a kid on Christmas day with the amount of joy he showed on his face. He opened them up. They sure did look weird, but he put one in his mouth anyways. "They're really good," he continued to chew this one. He swallowed before scarfing down about 3 more."
"There's no uniform here. Well there is, but only the preppy's wear them, you don't want to be one of them. Just relax and wear whatever is comfortable. Don't worry about studying either, it's summer, we have the next two months off, so just sit back and enjoy the experience." Ty watched as Nic walked towards the bathroom. He glanced back at all of the books Nic had put on his desk. "Wow, this kid must be really smart!" Ty was smart too, maintaining about a 3.3 GPA, but he didn't like to show it.
He watched as Nic entered the bathroom. "Hey, if you don't get the water working, just jiggle the knob a bit and it should work!" he shouted. Ty knew that this year was going to be an exciting one. Speaking of excitement, he was quickly reminded of his session that he didn't quite get to finish, or frankly even start. "Oh man. I wonder how this is gonna work out. " Ty didn't want to freak Nic out with all of the sudden cultural differences, so he decided he'll just ignore his urges for tonight, perhaps mention it tomorrow. They were both guys, so surely he'll feel the need to also...he was too tired to think. He put on his headphones and cranked up the music. "If you have anymore questions, just come out and ask, I have my music on so I might not hear you. Don't worry about getting the place wet."
