Ken, with his naivety, didn't know what he meant. So he just stood there watching Jon walking to the living room. He stood there for some seconds and then walked to the shower. He didn't lock the door because his head were full of thoughts of what just has happened, and the image of Jon naked with an erection. Ken's erection didn't go away but Ken tried to ignore it.
