"I'm afraid not, Kazuhiko," Touya said, standing straight as the younger sat up in bed. He began to move towards the teen's closet to pick out his clothes. "It's already noon; both you and I know we'll be getting our own scoldings from your father for your sleeping in." He gave Kazuhiko a smile, shifting through his nice clothes for something he could be comfortable in, but still look nice.
"You must rise and prepare for the lunchen with your mother and her own partners." He paused for a moment. "I know none of this seems important now, but when you finally inherit the company, you'll see how crucial relationships are."
"Hopefully..." Touya thought. Like all teens, Kazuhiko had a bit of a responsibility issue; if he didn't feel it was important, he wouldn't worry about it, which was not the correct way to conduct business.
"After that," Touya continued, as if Kazuhiko didn't know his own schedule; sometimes the teen would forget things though. "You need to study for your upcoming finals, since you didn't do so well on your mid-terms, and I hope you didn't forget about the dinner party tonight either."
He fell silent after that, deciding to let Kazuhiko speak if he wanted; though the words were ones of scolding, Touya's tone never left that light casual tone as if he was just reminding the younger that it might rain later. Touya, despite his size, was never one to raise his voice or get angry; he had seen too many follies in fits of anger and was deteremined never to make those mistakes.
