Mitsuko would blush a deep red and back away a bit.

Mitsuko couldn't believe what Paxto just said, he blushed as he ran that sentence threw his head "The Strongest guy in school loves me... The Captain of almost all the Sports teams loves me.... How the hell could he love the guy that usualy never gets on the team?" Mitsuko would look away and lean over the side of the Hot tub as he thought, not sure what to say.
