Johnny let the man walk away back into his house and quietly stood there.
Well, he didn't seem weirded out at all. I guess I'm just going to get the candy and leave, then.
"Okay, that's fine. I'm not in a rush anyway." Johnny replied to the man's invitation and stepped in, slowly closing the door behind him. The home was warm yet alluring, he felt comfortable. The decor was nice but not overly so. He watched the man disappear into the kitchen and then come back out again.
"Oh, please don't trouble yourself." he said, looking a bit concerned. "You really don't have to." Johnny wondered what happened to the candy that he mentioned. Now the treat suddenly became candied apples, which he deemed a bit odd, but didn't think too hard about it. He stood awkwardly besides the couch in the good looking man's living room.
