I tend to be a fan of the more obscure fandoms (ie, xxxholic, Princess Princess, etc)

I'm not 100% sure how to actually request a new section for these, or even if I'm allowed to.

could you let me know how to make contact, it's probably in an obvious place, but I tend to miss the obvious.
