The pirate ran his finger over his hole. "I see he's trained you well," he said, then thrust his finger inside.
Montagne smiled as he 'stretched' him. He knew Elias would stretch for him the second he pressed inside of him. But it was something he enjoyed and he knew Elias would do it for him.
