The sharp squeak of the shower facet snapped Mephisto out of his highly aggravating train of thought. He looked back over to Julian's room and was surprised to see that the bed was now empty, it had even been stripped of its covers and sheets. Mephisto moved a bit closer to the house to get a better look inside the room, Julian was not in there. He really had been deep in thought if he was unaware of all this activity. Listening closely, he could hear the faint hiss of running water, Julian must be taking his morning shower. Mephisto considered his next actions. Should he reveal himself to Julian so soon? Maybe he would slip his way into the house and give the man a pleasant surprise.....

His smirked a little, his naturally mischievous side showing itself. But he decided against the idea, for now he would go back to what he was best at: waiting and watching from afar...or so he thought. Despite himself he wanted to see Julian, the desire was like an itch that refused to go away. Once again he entered the tree's shadow and headed for Julian's bedroom, but then he ran into a problem.

"Dammit", he cursed to himself. Julian room was flooded with light from the open window, there weren't many exits available. So he went for the largest one, the spot under Julian's bed. Mephisto poked his out from the shadow, there wasn't much room to maneuver. He reached an arm out and easily lifted the bed, moving it just enough so that he could ease his way out from under it. "Humph, crawling out from under a bed like some fictional monster of human myth. How ridiculous..." he grumbled.

Julian always took long showers. It allowed him to think and relax. However, his shower had to end eventually. He eventually stepped out and he could care less about getting water on the floor. He'd just put a towel down and dry it up in a moment.

Julian took the towel in hand that he had prepared for himself and began to dry himself off. After drying off and then getting dressed he left the bathroom. He placed his dirty clothes and the towel in a basket and then took them with him to switch them out with his bedding. He then returned and began to remake his bed.

He smiled now that his bed was back in order and his shower had been taken. He went to fetch a brush before returning to sit on the edge of his bed before begining to brush out his hair.
