"I would like to..", said Ashley and with another nod followed his teacher.
The all feeling of a heartbeat was somehow really strange for him. After all isn't every heartbeat the same? Sure.. when you run it is faster.. etc.. but isn't a mechanical one the same as any other? A bit perplexed he rubbed his neck, hoping it wouldn't be as hard as he thought it would be.

Once Olivia walked into the room, all eyes went to her, and then Ashley. Still even on the third day of class, people seemed to glare or smile at the new student, obviously holding back mixed emotions for the male.
"Everyone circle the middle. I want to discuss what we'll be doing today." Olivia smiled, seeing Ket already beginning to form the circle while talking to the girl he had met the first day.
Olivia glanced at Ashley and whispered. "Let me know if you feel weak okay? Please." She said before heading towards the others and waiting for everyone to surround her before starting.

When Ashley saw Ket he smiled to him and then nodded at Olivia's whisper. Doing as she said he wondered how it would be like. Todays meeting. Once again his thoughts went back to Destro. Was he angry because of his brother being in it? Or Randy? Or was it his fault for proposing it all? It wasn't like he regretted doing it.. but still there was a little concern about what would happen to him after the classes.

As everyone gathered around, Olivia clasped her hands together and began speaking. "Alright everyone, today I thought I'd do something a little differently. I know this is combat class, and I won't be taking that away from you but I have an idea..." Olivia smiled as she went to the storage doors, opening it up and taking out a few nunchucks and passing it around to every other person.
"Usually we do hand to hand combat, which is of course the most realistic, and important one of all since we don't usually carry weapons. But what if our opponent has a weapon? Or what if you have one? No one should think that only using hands or legs as a weapon is a good idea when you have a knife or a brick right in front of you. So...today we'll be using nunchucks, something non-lethal but dangerous and painful. We will not be hitting full force, but I'd like for you to try and block, deflect, and attack with these. If you're in a situation where your enemy has a weapon, you need to know how to do these things."
Olivia gave one to Ket, but not one to Ashely, explaining why seconds later. "I want one person to defend, and one to offend. Then switch when you're ready. So for example, one has the nunchucks and attacks their partner, and that person must find a way to defend themselves with their own bodies. It's not easy, it will hurt, but it's essential to learn. Also if the offender thinks he or she is able to grab the weapon from their partner, try. Understood?" Olivia ended off.

Ket eyed the nunchuck in his hands, swinging it for a moment and then smiling when he looked at Ashley. "I'll go easy on you." he chuckled.

Ashley smirked at Ket's comment.
"Oh, really? Then be prepared to loose", he chuckled and attacked really fast.
Knocking away the weapon from his friend's hand he didn't even bother to pick it up. He knew how to disarm someone.. but never used any weapon. Rubbing his neck he looked at the wooden sticks.. errr.. nunchucks laying on the floor.
"I will knock myself out with those..."

Ket was surprised when Ashely knocked them out of his grip so easily, he swore he was holding it tight but...it seemed the vampire took advantage of him not being ready for that. As he eyed the nunchucks, Ket chuckled slightly and gave Ashley's head a faint little tap, nothing too hard.
"You probably would actually, they aren't easy to use. Can fracture a skull if you hit hard enough." Ket said as he kicked the weapon out of the way towards the wall so Ashley wouldn't have the chance to pick it up, unless he was stupid enough to go over and turn his back on his opponent.

"That would be lame..", chuckled Ashley and looked surprised at Ket when he kicked away the nunchucks. "I thought you would be using them?"
Looking a bit confused back at the weapon he waited for an answer while looking around the class, seeing people still fighting.. and one guy already sitting on the floor with blood on his face.

Ket smiled and shrugged as he answered. "I thought if we wanted it back, we'd have to work for it. Let's see who can get to the nunchucks first." Ket grinned and darted towards them, making it look like he was planning on grabbing them but instead he dropped down onto his hands in a 'push-up' stance and kicking his leg out towards Ashley in an attempt to knock him on his feet.

Ashley was a bit slow this time because of watching the beedling guy. Blinking a bit he started to run after Ket but then saw him fell on the floor.. and doing something strange. He was able to jump to the side so Ket's let wouldn't reach him. Then he grinned and jumped on his friend's back. Well.. if they were playing like a little kids... then why not to try to do that as well?

Ket cursed at himself when Ashley jumped in time, but as the vampire jumped on his back he chuckled and reached out for the nunchucks, missing it by a few centimetres.
"Fucker." Ket said with a playful voice, trying his best to roll Ashley off although he just ended up getting his arms onto the ground, giving him no leverage. Turning his head, Ket glared at Ashley and stopped struggling as he chuckled once again. "I'm sure my opponent would jump on my back...unless he wanted a free ride somewhere. It seems I am now a horse." Ket said in a voice implying he was joking.
