A month. Rayne looked down at Aleksander's stomach and felt his stomach churn nervously as well as with excitement. Eyes flickered up to Alex's eyes, chuckling softly when he mentioned naming the baby.
"Let's take it slow. It's only one month, we have time." Rayne leaned over, hand slipping onto Aleksander's so he could pull his hand from his face, wanting to see him.
"We can do this, together hm? We will always have each other, so if you ever need me, don't hesitate to come to me." Rayne said, voice rather serious but a soft smirk slipped into place a second later. "Now let me see that beautiful face of yours and continue eating." Rayne chuckled.

Hearing they had time Alex relaxed. It was all too new to take it without stressing. After Rayne called his face beautiful he snorted but stopped covering his face. Nodding his head he gave his boyfriend one of the fries only to bite into the rest of a burger and finishing it off.
"I was so damn hungry.. though I totally can eat some icecreams", he said with a smile and sighed. "And yeah.. though having two fathers.. Well.. better that not having none, huh? I never thought about having a child... I was too young.."

No matter what tactic worked, Rayne was glad to see Alex move his hands away and continue to eat. "Icecream? We'll go grab some then." The vampire said, deciding whatever Aleksander wanted, he'd get it. When mentioning two fathers Rayne shrugged his shoulders, glancing around the room.
"Vampires usually don't care about gender as much as most. They won't feel it's strange, other than the fact that one father actually was pregnant." Rayne said while looking back at Alex. "I never thought I would either. I'm just over a hundred years old, never considered it but the thought had crossed my mind when I was a human. I was turned at twenty-seven, just began thinking of a family until Destro turned me. Then I kind of gave up on the thought..." Rayne explained.

"They have ice creams here so we can just order", he said and then listened to the story, smiling softly. "So you were five years older than me. Hmm... Though I did got back into business.. so maybe... having a baby wouldn't be so bad? Hmmm.. A second chance for a normal life.. I could say if not for a male pregnancy of your partner and what not. Still.. maybe it would be fine..? So.. we would need to use condoms after it's born.."
Obviously Alex's thoughts were quite chaotic, going here and there but still staying quite close to the subject they started from.

Rayne looked at Alex as if he was crazy when he mentioned condoms, although decided against saying out loud that the thought was absurd. The man just found out he was pregnant, so Rayne had to be careful with his word choice.
"We should wait and see, like I said we have time. Mm I would miss coming inside you." Rayne muttered under his breath, chuckling a second later. "Apologies, now is not the time for that. You will do well Alex, I trust you in that. You will be the one to scold as I try not to spoil the hell out of them." Rayne said as he glanced at Alex from the corner of his eye, chin resting on his palm. "Everything will work out in the end."
Rayne then looked at Alex, brushing his free hand over his fingers, sliding over the ring he had given him that made it impossible for a vampire to charm speak him. "What flavour would you like?" Rayne asked so he could order it for him.

The finger he was wearing on his thumb just like at the start when he was given it. When he thought about Rayne not cumming in him he kind of didn't like the idea. It was exciting and kinky when the male was doing that.. still they really had a lot time to think about it.
"Lemon, vanilla and pistachio", he decided right away, having no problem with choosing. "Mhm.. Ew... I just thought of something.. Destro would be an uncle..."
The quite psychotic vampire being someone like that to their children.. er.. child was something really disturbing and Alex didn't like the thought of both getting closer in any way. Never.

Rayne nodded his head, sliding himself to the side to get up and grab it for Alex but he stopped when he mentioned Destro being an uncle. Rayne nearly felt sick to his stomach thinking that their child would have to live with the asshole in their lives, although if Rayne could help it they wouldn't see him at all.
"That isn't the most appealing thought." The vampire said with a frown on his face, running his hand through his long hair, pulling it over his shoulder. "Bastard isn't going to lay a hand on them though, even if just to hold them." Rayne sighed, fingers still laying across Alex's. "Unless you would want him to." The man mumbled, clearly not being happy with that thought.

Alex raised his eyebrow when he was asked if he wanted Destro to hold their child, the corner of his eye twitching. Was his boyfriend serious? Didn't he know what shit he needed to take from that man? Not many people knew the old vampire as good as him... well, maybe his brother and Roy.
"Definitely not", he said decidedly. "They won't be... Wait. Why did you say they? Is there something I'm not aware of?"
He asked that question in a joking tone of voice but was serious, wanting to know if there was anything behind it or was it just a figure of speech.

Rayne wanted to make a joke but decided it wasn't the best time, so instead he went with what he meant. "I say them and they because I don't know the gender, not saying we are having more than one...or maybe we are. Twins?" Rayne chuckled. "No, seems it isn't two or else the doctor would have told us."
Rayne gestured someone over and smiled, asking for the ice-cream and waiting patiently as he looked back towards Alex. "I don't think I could handle two right off the bat." Rayne said with a soft smile.

We even joked about it and you said you love it."
