Romeo smirked at the sight before him and was greatly amused before looking at the wig and looking at his expression to it, "It brings out your eyes." he said before coming closer to him, "Now what do I get to do with you for not paying me hmmm.." he furrowed his eyebrows in thought and has that amused facial expression.

"Luckily i brought some 'supplies' so we get to have our little fun." He said with an anticipated growl as he looked into the bag and brought out nipple clamps, a whip that he loves oh so much and of course handcuffs. But he sneaked ropes as well, maybe tying and handcuffing Makoto at the same time.

He then heard the skirt comment and he gave a nice long look at him and his body, greatly enjoying that he gets to check him out. "oh it's definitely you."

"S-shut up...." He mutters the last part under his breath, gulping a bit from his voice - he knows the man have that crazy look in his eyes. He can feel it down his spine, moving his chair away from the man but not that far. Oh great....

Makoto slowly picks his head up in seeing the supplies in the bag, nipple clamps, that whip and handcuffs. Also, there was a rope in the mix. Not good.

"O-Oh! W-well....I-I...um... have to go home because..I left my couch on! Yes! I left my couch on! M-maybe tomorrow, sir!" He quickly squirms out of the chair, then stands up dusting himself and moves towards the door.

Romeo looked at Makoto his eyes almost starring at him with heat when he said that he smirked, "I tell you what to do." he growled softly before seeing that he moved away, but only a little.

He chuckled in a deep voice and moved closer to him, like a predator. "Are you trying to play the mousey? The tiger always finds its mouse," he said with a little growl.

He then looked at him and frowned when he tried to run for it, "not so fast." he followed him and blocked his way from the door, "You did not pay your rent and I already let you escape from that. Not today." he smirked sadistically before softly picked up Makoto in his arms.

His muscles flexed as he sat him on the chair before getting the rope and the handcuffs, he slightly sank his hips on Makoto's lap. "Now choose, rope, or handcuffs." He growled in a demanding manner.

"I-I know, s-sir.....but still." Mentally cursing at himself feeling like a weak animal in the lion's den.

"O-Oh! No, no! I'm just a concern mouse that needs to stay away from the big kitty-cat." He nervously chuckled getting a bit sweaty from the air.

When Romeo picks up the young man, Makoto blushed very heavily and looks down to hide it. "H-How about...neither, s-sir?" He asked having a big smile in waiting for the answer.

Romeo looked at him when he looked weak like that making him smirk quite amusingly and chuckle, "Oh but if you stay away I'll find you." He growled at him softly. "Specially if the concern mouse doesn't pay for his rent." he mumbled softly as he starred at him.

He then raised a eyebrow when he said 'neither', making him frown softly, not really amused by that answer. "Hm, that indeed sounds boring." he mumbled, though re-thinking about handcuffs and rope, maybe handcuffs would be too much for the guy.

"Rope it is. I promise I wont be too hard..at first." He smirked sadistic smirk before taking his arms and circling the rope around his wrists as he tied it, gently.

Makoto started playing with his thumbs like a kid and shakes his head in disagreement. "S-sir! I know and I'm sorry but, t-this is creeping me out...N-not that I'm calling you a creep! Though...the interest of yours are creepy and scary..."

He was glad that the handcuffs and ropes were out. Those two are too much after all. Maybe he's gonna let him go after all and save this for an important day.

Or maybe not. His cheeks went dark red from the contact of the ropes tying around his wrists, now the bright blue eyes man was shaking badly in Romeo's grip trying not to let the man know that he was enjoying this a bit.

Romeo looked at him and smirking softly, "oh are you new to the BDSM? Hmm Well looks like I'm going to have to teach you with a little foreplay." He smirked a little when he called his interest being creepy.

"Huh, well we'll see about that after you get used to it." he smirked once again.

He then felt him shaking from the ropes as he was on his knees, due to how scared the guy was he loosened up the ropes, "Hm well maybe I should distract you a little from not getting too freaked out."

He smirked before briefly glanced at Makoto's crotch and then looked at him, as he whispered in a very gentle and calming voice, not the sadistic kind like before.
