Alex woke up slowly in the morning as he looked at the clock and saw that he was already a hour too late as he quickly puts his clothes on and started to wash his face and brush his teeth. he quickly ran to the door grabbing his jacket and put it on while he closed and locked the door before running to his work. "damn too late again.. and i wanted this time to go on time" he mumbled to himself.

As Alex walked up to the restaurant, he sees Kennith waiting there for him, dressed in a nice shirt and tie with dress pants and shoes, his arms crossed and his foot tapping. "You're late, again." He says, following Alex into the restaurant and into the locker room, where the staff kept their work-related belongings like ties and aprons. "This is the third day in a row that you are more than an hour late." He says, "And you've definitely been late many other days, too. This isn't good, you know." He says, adjusting his glasses, obviously mad. Whenever he gets ticked off, he always messes with his glasses.

Alex gasped as he nods, "..uh... i know im sorry.. i wanted to go on time but i overslept im trying to get up on time but i always got late somehow. im sorry sir" he said as he was hoping that he would not get fired. he saw that kennith was serious and very mad, "i make it up i will work very hard and i will not take a break sir.." he said to Kennith as he looked at him with a small smile

Kennith just rolled his eyes and walked off, "Just hurry up and get to work! Come see me on your break!" He growls out, exiting the room and going to his office to get paperwork done. He actually wasn't too mad about Alex being late. He was more upset about personal issues, and since Alex had done something bad, he decided to take it out on him.

Alex nods, "ye..yes sir i promise i will come on my break" he said and sighed, he didn't understand it Kennith never act so mad if he was too late, and now he was. "ah well i need to work now don't time to think about that" he said with a smile as he quickly walked out. he was the whole morning very busy with taking orders and giving it to the chief. and when the food was done he brought it to the table, he was working very hard.

Kennith would come down and examine everyone's work, and he would always find an issue with someone, and scold them. He was on constant attack, which meant he was pretty stressed about something. And just before lunch, he scolded a waitress for being too flirtatious with the customers, even though she wasn't flirting.

Alex was looking at the time as he goes quickly giving the food to the customer because after that he would have a break. but then it goes wrong and he fall down as the food falls against the customer, Alex quickly stood up. "im so sorry sir" he said quickly as his face turned red while grabbing the plate and then he saw that kennith know what had happened.

Kennith started making his way over, prepared to apologize for the idiot who spilled the meal. When he got there, he looked at the man and smiles, "Please excuse this poor waiter. Your meal will be free of charge, and we will give you a ten percent discount when you leave for your next meal." He says coolly, then he grabbed Alex's arm and drags him into the kitchen, throwing him against the wall when inside, "What were you thinking?!" He yells out, adjusting his glasses nervously, "You're paying for that man's meal, you got that?" He hisses, looking like he's going to punch him. Then he takes a deep breath, and leaves. The chefs stared in amazement, and one of them whispers, "He didn't get fired!" And they all look at poor Alex, "How did you do that?!" They demanded to know.
