So, ive been interested in the Wizard of oz hanging munchkin myth. And so far I have watched 3 different released editions of the movie and so far in each one there is a crane eating the grass and spreading its wings, so I thought "Ok! This is all fake! It never happened." Intill I watched a youtube video which this guy thought it was fake intill he watched his Vhs from the 80s ( I have one from 1985 and its a crane.) And it showed an actual figure hanging in the trees after the tinsman scene. So which 80s release version of the movie has this... ( link below)
And not the crane, it is said that the 50th annivsary Vhs does, so I would like to know before I
Buy it. Can anyone tell me if any Vhs has it or if it is in fact a urban legend?
