Francis was lighting the second candle on the dining room table in his fancy house filled with French-inspired art and décor. He was expecting a special guest that he hasn't seen in so long, Canada. Canada and himself were once close allies, and the shy, quiet spoken nation took kindly to his culture for a good while until Big Brother America began to, as he put it, "toughen him up". Even after the revolution that followed resulting in Canada becoming his own independent nation and taking the name Canada instead of just French Territory like he was on the map for so long. Nevertheless, Francis invited Matthew to his country for a visit and a fancy dinner to try and swoon the shy nation that he's been rather fond of for so long.

At a stoplight and behind the wheel, a light dirty blonde violet-eyed young man with a long curl hanging in the middle and small glasses was on his way to a certain member and someone close in the allies force: France. Despite one loud mouthed brother trying to 'toughen him up' and after the revolution which made the territory in his own and changing his name from French Territory to Canada. However, a visit to his house sounded nice. But then, was it worth it? Why him? He's not that special or anything but, it'll be rude to say no. However, it'll take less time for him to worry - even though he started to panic at thought in mind until a small voice in the passenger's seat breaks his thought bubble, pointing to the green light as the Canadian stared up at the sight, chuckles nervously and continues driving to France's house.

Francis poured wine into the two glasses he had set up on the table next to the plates of his finest meal with some sweet added to it, maple syrup. It was a French dessert with the syrup lightly poured ontop, he even tried it and found it was manifique.

Reaching France's fancy and huge-like mansion of a house and parks in the driveway, stepping out of the car along with his polar bear, Kumajiro in his arms and walks up the stairs but, he had to stop and stare at the door. "..Oh...it was nice for Francis to invite me. But, I can't help but think that I'll be a nuisance to him.... I mean..he did go through trouble to make dinner which I can smell it behind the door.. While Canada kept talking in a whisper, Kumajiro sneakingly reaches out to hit the doorbell.

Francis answered the door hastily and smiled his usual smile seeing Canada. "Ah, my old mon ami(friend), Canada~, and you brought your little bear friend. Come in, come in~." he said as he stepped aside to allow Canada into his home.

When the door open, Canada jumps and hugs his bear tightly while hiding his mouth behind his fuzzy companion's head blushing easily. "..O-Oh...Me-Merci...." He gently said, slowly stepping inside the house. "Y-you..didn't have to invite me...I-I don't want...to be a bother..."

Francis closed the door gently behind Canada and ushered Canada into the dining room. "It's my honor to have you in my home after so long of being apart. I hope you enjoy the addition I've made to one of my most favorite desserts."

Canada looks down at the meal on the table then back up to France trying to hide that blush from his face. "A-Are you sure...? It's n-not a big deal..I'm n-not that special.." Having a very adorable teary eyes sad face.

Francis gently moved some hair from Canada's face. "You are definitely worth it, mon ami." he replied softly pulling out a chair for Canada. "I purchased the most expensive wine in my country."

Matthew slowly paces to the chair and sits down, gazing at the aroma that lift the table which his stomach rumble loudly so he reaches over and grabs the knife and fork but, he had to wait for Francis.
