Without knowing what rules you broke, I can't tell you.
Y! Galleries doesn't like people posting art they didn't draw themselves, thats a rule we don't have.
People can post art by others (preferable of a Japanese nature!) within limits. They need to be sourced, so this doesn't mean flooding the galleries with loads of Y! Galleries artists pictures unsourced. Posting other peoples art and claiming its your own is a bannable offense.
As for the rest, Do Not post Furries, Shota, Vore and american stuff. That covers all of it.
Also, check the galleries first and make sure your not uploading duplicates~
