Brokened Love
one on one with myself and coldRain.
Aijou walked into class a bit late like every other day, his head hung forward as his hands held his sides while he walked, scuffing his feet as he walked back to his desk, he did his best to ignore the looks that people gave him, not really much for being stared at, he was smallest guy in school, and if that didn't cause a reason to be picked on, he often came to school with bruises and cuts. He never wore anything that showed his arms or legs, and his clothing was mostly always black, as well as his hair. Died of course. Once in his seat, he slouched forward and looked at the bored, a cut under his eye and a patch over the other eye shown that today hadn't been much better for the boy, his expression blank.

Kaine was writing a lesson on the board for his students when he heard footsteps coming into the classroom. He turned his head to the side to see a young boy quietly come in and made his own way to the seat. Usually, he would've questioned his students as to why they were coming late, but he lets it go when he sees the cuts and bruises.
Aijou. He was quite unlike most boys Kaine had seen before. Very quiet and antisocial, doesn't seem to be getting alone with the others in class. Most of the time he comes into the room battered and worn out, which made Kaine worry for his well-being. As a teacher who had to look over his students, he had to be concerned.
Kaine briefly sighed. "Aijou, please see me after class," he spoke before continuing the lesson. He had to take responsibility, and he was not going to let this mess continue.

Aijou sat as still as he could, hoping to be over looked as the teacher glanced his way, though it seemed to be not the case, instead the teacher went back to his teaching after informing him to stay after class. "'kay" he said as he slid into his desk, getting a few more quick glances from the other students and a few snickers here and there.
Closing his eyes as he leaned his head back, he allowed himself to relax a bit, well as well as he could with the some odd comments floating around and the dull tone of the teacher in the front explaining that didn't quiet get to Aijou's ears. He just wanted to sleep...sleep and never wake up again. His longish dark hair hanging partly over his eyes.
When the bell finally rang, Aijou stayed in his seat as everyone else got up and headed out, the young male sitting up as he glanced over to his teacher, head tilting slightly to the side. "You asked me to stay?" he asked as he pulled himself to his feet, having no books or anything else with him today...he'd left in a hurry after all.

Seeing everyone leave the classroom in a hurry, Kaine finally loosened up and glanced to the side to see Aijou stay back like he had ask him to.
"Does it still hurt?" Kaine spoke as he walked towards the boy, stopping shortly in front of him as he observed Aijou with concern in his amber-like eyes. Without much thought, Kaine had raised a hand and delicately held onto the boy's wrist to examine the scars that were displayed across his pale skin. "It looks worse than last time." He grimaced at the sight as he gently released the other hand. Slightly leaning against one of the desks nearby, he glanced up to look the other in the eye. "If you need someone to talk to, I'm here, Aijou."

Aijou pressed his lips together when the teacher moved closer to him, taking a hold onto his wrist and looking at the cuts, some old, a few new...most of which already scarred over though. "I'm fine..." he said in a tone that hinted he didn't want to talk about it. "I just....I got into a fight on the way to school is all." he said meaning the eye and busies. His hand tugging away to push into his pockets, hiding there pained secrets with them. "besides. Its not like I really have anything to say."

Kaine looked dubious. "And I'm suppose to believe that," he sighed, the facade of a straight-laced teacher slipping away quite quickly. Seeing how the boy was acting right now, it definitely didn't seem like he was going to open up anytime soon. "Care to tell me what the fight was all about then? I can't keep ignoring your injuries every time you walk into my classroom you know.

Aijou looked at him for a moment, "Just bumped into the wrong person is all...and yea you can..just turn you head and look away like everyone else does." he said with a shrug as he began to head down the row, "If you ever wanna talk about something important, just let me know" he said waving a hand over his shoulder, slightly hunched over.

Kaine's eyes glinted as he watched the boy walk away, sighing once again as he got back to his feet and strode towards his student in quick glides. He gripped onto Aijou's shoulder, stopping him from going anywhere. "...like everyone else? You make it seem like you want someone to care." Realizing how harsh he sounded, Kaine loosened his grip a bit, though he still held on. Kaine inwardly scowled, he was never good with consolations. "What I said about ignoring before, I don't mean it in that way. In a sense, even if I pry and try to help, I doubt you would even let me." He grimaced again. "So I'm basically useless here unless you reach out to me." He finally let go and backed away, giving a wry smile. "You're strong, I know, but you're going to need some support someday. Just know that I'm always available."

Aijou froze when Kaine took a hold of his shoulder, his head still pointed down as he pressed his lips together, badly wanting to tell him everything...But he couldn't how could he? what would he even say? 'I'm gay and my dad doesn't like it, so every night he tries to..'beat' out the evil with in me?' Oh that would go over very well. "I'm fine, sorry for being late." he said when the other finally let go, walking on again, he didn't want to drag his teacher down into this problem of his...it was just to messy..."if I do ever need that 'support' I guess I'll come here....but don't count on it."

"Don't apologize if it wasn't your fault, kid." Kaine smiled reassuringly as he tilted his head to the side. "It'd be nice if you would stop lying to my face though." Kaine spoke more so to himself than to Aijou. Being a teacher for a while now, he was able to read people quite well and he could tell that his student was holding back on him. "If you're feeling like crap, just say so. When you're feeling mad, shout it out to me. I won't judge, promise." Kaine couldn't suppress a small grin with the short reply he had gotten from the boy just before he left. "Glad I could be your option."
