Young Eldur made his way down the street wondering what he should do to keep himself entertained while his parents were away on a trip and he had to look after the house for him. He turned the corner and made his way down a back alley. Suddenly Eldur stopped when he heard a sound of a boy laughing. He turned the corner and smiled gently as he saw his friends. He then frowned when he saw that his friends were spray painting the side of an old Japanese restaurant. He made his way over and was about to tell them to stop when suddenly they heard a noise and ran down the street only leaving Eldur left to talk to the oldest boy. "What are you doing here? Why are you messing up the side of Mr. Yang's building?" the young boy asked. "Why don't you just throw this out for me then we can go and hang out later." The older boy said and handed Eldur the paint spray can then turned around and walked down the alley, turn the corner and vanished out of sight. Eldur stood there and blinked a few times then wondered what he should do now.

Just as Viktor turned the corner he would see Eldur holding two paint cans in his hands. He blinked and looked up going wide eyed when he saw the police man come around the corner. He grunted and dropped the cans but didn't turn to run from the older male. "I didn't do it I swear, it was John and some other boys I know. I can give you their names and phone numbers if you don't take me to jail." the young boy said. He bit back tears trying not to cry as he stared up at the older male wondering how the police man would reply. Eldur backed up a bit and then tried his best to relax as the police man got closer and closer and then he could see this man was a strong and tall being. He gulped and bit his lip trying his hardest not to run away because he didn't want to get in trouble. "My name is Eldur Magnusson, I swear to God I didn't do this. Please go easy on me." Eldur spoke again as he began to tremble with fear hoping this man wasn't going to be mean to him or abusive like Eldur's father was to him.

The poor boy really was innocent and he started to cry as tears ran down his cheeks he wasn't faking a thing. "I didn't do it....please..please...I beg you....I didn't....it was someone else. Please listen to me sir. I swear on my own life. I will do anything please just don't take me to jail." little Eldur had more tears streaming down his cheeks as he hung his head. He was telling the whole truth and this dumb cop wouldn't believe him. He shook his head and looked away biting his bottom lip as he coughed softly choking a bit from crying so hard. "Please believe me....please sir. I wouldn't do such a thing. Give me a chance, I am not lying." Eldur begged again. Still the boy made no movement to hurt Viktor or run away from the cop who had pushed him into a corner and now was arresting him.

Eldur bit his bottom lip and wiped his tears away and stared up at the older male. He then hung his head as more tears ran down his cheeks. "Your still going to have ask me things, I know you have to or if you didn't it would be against the law." he croaked. Eldur then looked away and shivered as he picked up the paint cans and threw then into his bag and pulled it from his shoulder. "Here, you will want this as evidence." he muttered and then hung his head again and stared at his shoes waiting for the older male to tie him up and put him in the back of the police car. Eldur knew that Viktor had to follow the laws of the police department as well as the government. He just kept staring at the ground and waiting for the older male to speak which was kind of making him mad waiting but he kept his anger hidden and his mouth shut.

He sighed and nodded his head as more tears this time leaked down his cheek. "Yes sir, I understand. Thank you for giving me a chance. I really didn't do it. I would never do such a thing." he whispered then Eldur sighed and looked up at him as more tears streamed down his cheeks and landed on his shirt. "I really didn't." he croaked then Eldur looked away. "Everyone blames me for things I haven't done just because I am small and shy. They think I seek attention. I swear...I don't." he bit his lip and looked away again biting harder trying his best not to cry hard. Eldur shook his head feeling like he was going to die if he went into the police. He winced remembering that his father would give him a good beating when he got home. The boy already had bruises all over his body and whip marks on his back from his father's abuse. He winced again as he stepped forward keeping his head hung as he was to sad to look Viktor in the eyes. "Your going to have to phone my mother, father will be at home drunk on the couch. When I get back he will be in a drunk rage." Eldur said and pulled as cell from his pocket and gave it to Viktor and headed for his cruiser.

Eldur blinked and looked up at Viktor as more tears streamed down his cheeks. He knew he had to tell the truth and he nodded his head slightly and winced. "He...he beats me every day. He says its to keep be being a good boy. He....beat me up yesterday...and....hurt me..." he bit his lip as he wiped his tears away. Eldur then looked up into Viktor's eyes and looked away feeling scared. Eldur's eyes showed her was telling the truth and he was in pain as well as they were full of the boy's sorrow. Now the Viktor was close enough to Eldur he could see that the boy had a healing black eye form which were his father had hit him. "He also starves me, locks me up and many other things." the boy whispered and then sighed hanging his head again.

Eldur blushed slightly and looked up at the older male. "I am Eldur Magnusson. I moved here from Iceland. Sorry....I will stop being a big baby." Eldur said softly and gave a weak smile as he looked up into the older male's eyes. "I am seventeen, turning eighteen in three months." he said and bit his bottom lip. "Can't I legally leave my family once I am eighteen? Sorry I must sound stupid asking this but I just need to know if that is ok?" Eldur said and blushed a bit more and looked away feeling butterflies in his stomach. He couldn't wait to leave his family but he had a problem, he had no where to go. Eldur shrugged that thought off and looked back up at Viktor and smiled gently up at him watching his face.
