Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on Yaoi Ai:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 2 or more posts who has been a member over a week) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 30 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

A Yaoi wiki?
Here's an open question to you guys, how much use do you think a Yaoi wiki would see? I'm considering adding one to the site as I've not seen a good one elsewhere. Would you guys browse/contribute to it? If you know of one already in existance, please link to it so I can take a look  I've seen the one on wikia but since it only has 8 pages it's not really worth paying attention to lol

The idea would be to record and archive any information relating to all things yaoi. As it isn't my thing I'm not sure how deeply one could delve into it to fill up a wiki, but before I go to the effort of setting one up and integrating it I'd like to know if it would actually be used.

Personally I don't think there is enough Content for Yaoi,unless you are wanting it to delve into stuff like the Individual artists who are well known and for Artists who are starting to break out a little,but I think that might be more suited for something else.

A yaoi wiki is a very, very good idea... but it can't just be created. Wiki's need hardcore super-dedicated wikipedia obsessed individuals at their heart.
Wiki's are wiki's because they're based around a very strong infrastructure.
So, its a really great idea, but you need someone very unique to actually make, run and organise it or it'll be a total disaster.

I agree with RobM. You need someone dedicated to setting it up, and running it while also keeping it in order.
Some people aren't all that suited for keeping track of so many things, keeping them organized and delving into yaoi too deeply. There are so many types, and so many artists and each contain their own unique style. Someone would need to keep track of them. So... If you want a Wiki, you'll need to find someone worth while.
