RP ideas

So I had two RP ideas (not sure if either of them is any good but thought I'd ask anyway lol).

1. A young man applying for his first job without anywhere near enough experience and a boss who sees a chance to take advantage.
2. An 18 year old who goes to a school thinking he can mess around only to find a teacher deciding to take control so he completes his exams.

There are only really two other notes I'd give: one (although this isn't a requirement) I'd like to have spanking involved somewhere in either story, and two I'd be uke in either.

Well essentially (assuming you don't mind playing the teacher lol) the idea is this guy is basically messing up his life, failing his exams, getting involved in drugs and alcohol, and his parents send him to this place as a last resort cos they think he'll just end up in jail. He needs someone to put him back on the straight and narrow basically.
