Well, what started as a simple roleplay between me and TimetoDuel95 has turned into its own world. Well I've already spoken with one person about doing a roleplay in this world, so I decided I might as well make a thread so anyone can look into joining it.

Here's some info about it.

In this world, Neko's are genetically engineered pets/slaves/toys/lovers. In this world anyone can pay a fee and have a Neko designed by them themselves. They can design its body/hair color/ Neko ears/ tail design/anything, and in a few short months have their own Neko designed to think and behave as they like. However, for those not creative enough to design their own Neko, Neko Corp. makes mixed Neko's of various designs, minds, and bodies which can be bought either in person or at Neko auctions.

The world this takes place in is a mean one however. A oppressive government controls the population with their monitors and their robotic hounds. However, I'll let TimetoDuel explain that.

A standard Neko has three things different about them then a regular human. They have cat-like ears, a tail which can be either thin or bushy, and slightly larger canine teeth. Besides the physical differences they generally don't have many intelligence (though some exceptions have occurred.) They also can't remember much about their lives before the change. (Exceptions have also occured) I'll leave that to TimetoDuel to explain as well.

In this world, the only police force that exists are Wardens and Mechanical Hounds. Wardens are tall, seemingly lifeless men who have been genetically engineered in a similar way to the nekos in this world. They have no memory of past lives, they can't think about anything but upholding the laws and principles of this world, and they cannot speak. They tower over anyone under 6' 5" tall and wear nothing but black latex uniforms and wear masks on their faces to hide the genetic mutations resulting from their procedure. Mechanical Hounds are exactly what they sound like, tall mechanical dog-like creatures who have been programmed to uphold the laws and principles as well. They recite any law that has been breeched and will also recite the consequences so that the offender is aware of what law has been broken and what will be done to them.

Nekos are engineered the same way, but with a different process entirely. They start out as criminals either on death row or repeat offenders who have willingly signed an agreement with the city to be given a second chance at life. They are kept in a deep coma and kept alive for weeks to months on a life support system and fed through tubes. Depending on the master determines the procedures that are done to them, what color their hair and ears/tails will be, and what they will be attracted towards in terms of fetishes, likes, and dislikes. However, before that, while they are kept in their coma, they are also injected with a solution that goes into the brain and erases memories that are meaningful such as their parents, any siblings they had, birthdays, etc. while still keeping subconscious skills such as talking, walking, eating, etc.

Also, I should mention something. You have to consult with one of us before just jumping into any rps involving this world because it'll get confusing seeing as we can't necessarily delete any posts on this site. Separate rps will be made for your characters either with me or DBW, as we don't necessarily want to disrupt the story-line in the rps that are already going on. you can either leave your characters here and one of us will get back to you or contact us privately. ^^

One more thing, and I forgot to mention this earlier, one neko in our story had woken up and escaped and we already have a plan on what to do with him, but if you want to make your neko a special case as well, you'll have to add that in your submission. Basically, he woke up without Wulfric having to do it himself and escaped.
