Personality: Victor is a serious individual when it comes to his own race and politics, though he can also be cunning and even flirtatious at times when he time is appropriate. He can be demanding and quite dominant over anyone he sets his eyes upon and he can even be somewhat controlling.

Bio: Victor is the eldest son of the Randalburg family, whose lineage goes way back to the 17th century in Ireland. He inherited the throne after the passing of his father from a battle between the vampires and humans, and he has accepted the proposal of peace seeing as both sides of the royal lines of the two races had lost a leader. He attends meetings mostly because he enjoys the company of the human leader more than he does the others.

Name: Mason Carter
Age: 19
Race: Human
Position: Prince
Personality: Mason is smart, but quiet. He doesn't like to speak his mind in fear of hurting people. He's unusually shy around strangers and very timid. He is easily dominated, though is oblivious to it when it happens.

Bio: Mason was born into royalty. His mother had died in battle, leaving him and his father. His father still ruled over the human race, but would fall back if Mason was to ever bond with someone of equal or higher status. His father forces him to attend meetings so he can keep up with politics.

Victor entered the council room slowly, wearing a black button-up uniform top, steel shoulder guards with his family emblem carved into the metal, the buttons gold and shined to perfection, black uniform pants, black leather shoes that shined as well, and a long, flowing crimson cape that dragged behind him. On either side of him were the elder members of his council in violet robes made of silk. He slowly walked over to the meeting table and sat in his chair slowly.

Lance, the king of human race, walked forward into the room with his young son Mason. The man was dressed in immaculate robes all held together by solid gold pins. He sat upon his usual seat and regarded the emperor of vampires with a stiff nod.

Mason, on the other hand, shuffled forward meekly and sat down besides his father, keeping his eyes and head down. He was wearing a loose silk blouse with some tight fitting dress pants, a heavy royal blue cloak draped around his shoulders. His clothes seemed to swallow his small frame.

"Lance. It's been awhile. How have you and your son been faring?" Victor asked, trying his best to keep his eyes off of Mason. He was rarely alone with the prince, and he still had no idea with why he was so interested in the son of his supposed ally. Was it his form? His shy, gentle nature? He had no idea, but the last time he had spoke with Lance, he had talked about a ball to get his son to choose a bride. Victor was debating whether or not to attend.

"We have been faring fine. Though, the ball preparations have been altered. It seems my son here is...looking for a husband instead of a wife. I have declared that if my son chooses a more qualified warrior and ruler, the man shall take my place and Mason shall be his...queen so to speak." Lance said. No real emotion showed on his face. Though, he did ruffle his son's head affectionately.

Mason blushed deeply as his father told the vampire noble of his new choices. He was embarrassed. He didn't want Victor to think less of him, though...he didn't know why. He started to panic a bit, but calmed down when his father ruffled his hair. He let out a little giggle and smiled softly up at the older man.

"I see...well, that can't be helped. He's at the age where he can make his own decisions now." Victor replied as his eyes fell upon Mason now. "He's grown quite a bit since I last saw him...it would very rude of me not to attend this celebration of his maturity."

He would attend...if he could swoon the little prince, then it would be secure unity between their races...plus, he wanted to explore this divine interest he had in the prince. It all started the first day he met the young prince and it's been festering ever since. A ball would be the perfect setting.

Mason didn't mind that the two were discussing him as if he wasn't there. He actually preferred it, not one to like formal conversation much. He began to draw designs on the table with his fingers childishly.

Lance smirked.
"Indeed it will be. The best celebration of maturity that there will ever be. Soon, he will find someone strong and take my place. I imagine he will make a brilliant wife, soft spoken and smart. He also knows how to do wifely duties such as cooking and caring for young children."

Vladimir did like the sound of that as he shifted slightly in his seat while still staring at the boy. "I see...I will make sure to wear my finest attire for the occasion." he replied, then he looked at Lance. "With your blessing of course of my attendance. I know you must have your partners attending and I do not wish to cause a stir."

"Oh, I could never mind your attendance. I'm sure my dear son would enjoy having a familiar face in the large crowd. Which reminds me, would you make sure none of the more...feral men get a hold of him. I do not want my poor son harassed. You know he is so easy to control..." Lance said seriously. He fully trusted Victor. To prove his point, he reached over and lifted his son effortlessly in to his lap.

Mason was confused when he was suddenly lifted and whimpered a bit, trying to get back to his seat. When he was set in his father's lap, though, he calmed and cuddled into the man with a smile before going back to playing his game on the table.
