The door opened and the officer informed that his new legal guardian was here for him. Which eh had a stern look to his face and had his arms cross. Before he could say or do anything. He reached out to him, grabbed him by the ear and drags him out.

Micah had been all on his own before meeting Nathan, which at least partially explained his poor behavior. No family, no guardian, no role models to speak of. Which, to be fair, was why the judge was trying so hard to rescue him from his behavior.

Micah was only about five foot; He was tiny compared to Nathan, at least in his own mind. The blonde yelped in pain as he was dragged along by his ear. "Owowowow! Stoppit Nathan!"

Nathan stood about 6'3" so he was pretty tall compared to Micah. As he drags him by the ear, he takes him out of the building before he finally lets go and turns to face him. "I can not believe that you were up to no good again. How many times to you think you can get away with this behavior before they throw you in jail for real?" he scolds him. Then he gave him a firm swat on the rear towards his car. "Move it, we have a long to discuss once we get home. You are not getting away with this easily." he tells him. Once both were in he drives back to their place and parks the car in the driveway. He leads him inside and to the living room and had him sit on the couch.

"Micah, you know that I love you no matter what, right?" he asked. Moving closer to him and had him look up at him by placing his hand under his chain. "Yet time and time again I get calls of you getting into trouble and acting like a little child." he said and takes a deep breath. "Well, since you are acting like one you are going to be treated as such." he spoke in a serious tone. "You will not leave my sights at all. You are no longer making decision for yourself, I will do that. I will control what you eat, what you watch, what you play, what you wear and also, you will loose your big boy pants." he said. Leaving the room and comes back with a diaper and supplies for changing diapers in his arms. "You are not allowed to use the bathroom unless I am bathing you." he tells him in a firm voice. Laying a mat down on the ground and sets the supplies down. "Now come here."

Micah yelped as his rump was swatted, and pouted the entire ride home.

Sitting on the couch for his scolding, he pouted, getting visibly upset as Nathan explained what was going to happen. Had he lost his mind? The straw that broke the camel's back was the diapers.

"What the fuck?! NO!" he shouted, and stood up, a little firecracker. "No way in hell!"

He stands up and grabs him by his upper arm. "Oh yes you are. By law I am your legal guardian now and what I say goes." he tells him. "And another thing." he said and swats him on the rear a couple of more times. "You are not allowed to use that kind of language anymore. Use it and I will spank your little rump and wash your mouth out with soap." he warns him. Before he laid him down on the mat and made quick work stripping him to his birthday suit. Then gets to work placing the diaper under him, wipes his rump and junk with wipes, sprinkles powder before taping the diaper up and gently pats his thigh. "You look very cute like this." he said with a smile. Then lifts him up easily and holds him in his arms. "But we better get you dress before you catch a cold." he said.

Nathan carries him to the spare room they had but never used until today. Micah will see the once empty space was now a full on nursery. It had everything from a changing table, a wardrobe, rocking chair and a crib that would fit him comfortably. There was a toy chest that was fill with toys for little children from stuff toys to play pretend toys. He place the younger male the changing table and goes tot he wardrobe to get him some clothes. Coming back with short overalls and a pastel blue top. Before he could complain he got him dressed and held him in his arms. "Aw, so cute." he said and kissed him on the cheek.

Micah struggled the whole while, but couldn't fend off his bigger, and stronger, boyfriend. He glared daggers at Nathan, and tried to shove away from him.

"Let me go, dammit! I'm not a baby! You can't do this!" he shouted at him. Micah was quick to fire up, and his temper was nasty.

He frown and walks over to the rocking chair. There he removed the overalls and pulled down his diaper. With a swift motion he had him over his knee with his bare bottom up and lands a firm smack to the center of his bottom. "I warned you about your language." he scolds him in a firm voice.

He spanks him firmly as he continued to swear and fight against him. "Neither is getting calls of you acting like a spoil child." he tells him as he roast his rumps. Even covering his sit spots and thighs. He was going to make sure he felt this for quite some time.
