Mason looked into the vampire's eyes with tears as his head was lifted. At Victor's promise, Mason let the tears go. He was happy. Happy to have Victor and happy that his love would find a way to keep him happy. Even if the man had to go to the ends of the Earth and back.
"Thank you." he sniffled, a watery smile on his face. He hugged Victor tightly and buried his face into his chest.
"I will give you heirs. I swear it." he said. He knew that they would need children to take over their thrones and he didn't want Victor to be disappointed in him for not giving him any.

Victor held his love up against him once again, nuzzling his face into Mason's hair. It was a silent requirement that royalty have heirs to take over their territories or kingdoms, or both, upon their passing. Victor, being the eldest of seven sons, was destined to take the throne while his brothers had to find princesses to rule kingdoms of their own. From the day that Victor was born, he was already sworn in to be emperor when his father passed unless something happened to himself. With Mason, it was now his turn to bring sons into the family, not just to his own linage but to Mason's family as well.

After a while, Mason relaxed and felt better. He looked up at Victorans gently touched the vampire's cheek.
"How do you....eat?" he asked quietly. He wanted to know if his soon-to-be husband could eat regular food or could only survive on blood. He also knew that vampires had ancient rules about how they feed from their mates, but he didn't know if that applied for them since he was human.

"Primarily, I survive on blood. I do occasionally try to eat normal food, but it doesn't always stay down." Victor replied softly, shuddering at the sudden memory of eating in front of his parents and nearly throwing up at the table.

Mason frowned a bit, looking more like a pout. He love cooking and wanted to share it with Victor, but he didn't want to make the ruler sick. He cuddled into the man once again and just stayed there. He would have to think of some other way to bond more with Victor. For now, he was hungry.
"Will you...bathe with me...?" he asked shyly. He knew the act was intimate and he wanted to share it with his love, but he didn't want to care the man off.

Victor held him close once again when Mason snuggled back against his chest. For awhile, the two just laid there in silence with Victor's chin resting against the top of Mason's head. He could feel the sense of disappointment again from the younger prince. He remembered Lance told him that Mason liked to cook...he should've swallowed his memory of almost puking in front of his parents and lied...but then their marriage would be half a folly with him swallowing down Mason's food and wanting to throw it back up, therefore making Mason think it was his cooking. He didn't want to hurt his little prince, by any means. In the midst of his thoughts, he heard Mason ask him to bathe with him. Instantly, the vampire's mind went back to the night before and he saw Mason's creamy skin exposed to him once more in clear light this time. Just the idea made the vampire wanting to blush once again.

"I'll bathe with you, my pet." Victor purred softly.

Mason blushed and shivered a bit. The pet names Victor continued to give him gave him great pleasure. He smiled brightly up at the vampire lord and stood up.
"Come on! I'm hungry!" he giggled, walking off to the bathroom with a little skip.

Victor got up from the bed as well with a soft chuckle seeing how excited Mason was after he gave him that pet name, and he followed Mason to the bathroom by the hand. "I was wondering what that rumbling in your belly was." he chuckled once they got to the bath and he wrapped his arms around his new bride.

He leaned down to turn the nobs on the tub, forcing his bum to rub against Victor's groin. He wiggled his bum a bit to try to loosen the man's arms a bit so he could reach farther.
