I've been reading around the forums for a while, and found out that the 4 levels of advertising isn't exactly right, it was just copyed guidlines from another site (If I understand correctly). So is there gonna be any attempt to correct that? From what I understand level 2 user is actually 10 posts, time irreleveant.

Its on the bug list. Slightly below and to the left of "Fixing the site crashing all the time and going offline and not working."

Slightly above, to the right and up-a-bit of "Fixing a few typoes in the Fiction section."

Sadly our admins and coders only have so many hours left over after after RL that almost all of it is sunk into trying to get the servers back on our side.

I agree with you 100% that text should be updated and it will happen eventually, but sadly not right now.
I'm sorry I can't answer more clearly than that~

In fact, I see no advertising at all. Ehm, I see the should-be advertisment, but there is nothing but an empty window.
