I LOVE that game, I have played the DS and Wii version of it to completion. I just wanted to get a perfect on every single game/song.
I think I like the game, because I play the drums and thus it's very important for me being able to keep a beat, so playing those games was a good exercise for me and really fun. I think I also liked it because the songs were awesome and I love listening to them, which also drove me to do everything perfect, as I wanted to hear the songs without any mistakes, and going on youtube for that just isn't my style. ^.^
And additionally, I also had the crazy idea and still have the crazy idea that the Rhythm heaven games hold an educational value, because in my opinion those games do a good job of introducing people and making them work with rhythmic skills like keeping the beat when the other instruments are playing complex patterns and for example playing hemiola without directly telling them how those kind of patterns work.
I know that might sound a bit crazy
, but all in all I really think the Rhythm Heaven series is great and everyone should try it out
