With a smile on his face, Topher put the jacket into the cart and headed towards the cash register. On the way there, he saw someone looking at hime, but instead of taking it as a bad thing he simply waved and smiled as the man did it back.
It was obvious Topher was way too nice, his instincts would hopefully kick in once he turned fir the first time.

Tristan had noticed and frowned as he looked to the man before pulling Topher to push the cart, one of Tristan's arms on either side as he protected him better.

Topher looked at Tristan confusingly, as though what he did wasn’t wrong despite the fact that if Zeke was there, he probably would have gotten pretty upset. Before he could ask, Topher looked at the person at the register, putting the clothes on the counter for them to scan before looking at the total.
Topher’s eyes widened, he looked at Tristan and sighed with a frown. “You sure he doesn’t mind?” he asked again while fidgeting with his thumbs, not wanting to make Zeke have to spend too much on him, even if he could afford it.

Tristan smiled slightly and paid for it without really saying much but he did thank the lady softly before grabbing the bags and keeping to Tophers back as he guided him outside and to Hot Topic, keeping quiet and looking out as if wary about something.

Noticing the silence, Topher looked at Tristan, knowing something seemed a little off. Because of that, he felt his own nerves built up, feeling slightly anxious as he looked around, entering Hot Topic although not smiling like he should have.
“Tristan?” Topher said softly, looking at the man and biting the edge of his lip, showing he was a bit stressed out. “What’s wrong?” he wondered.

Tristan shook his head "Loners tend to come and go and by waving you allowed him to be here longer." He stated softly "I know you haven't got your nose yet but you have Alpha scent on you so yeah.."

There was a sickened feeling in Topher’s stomach when Tristan told him that. He looked at the ground and already felt horrible for doing something he shouldn’t have done. “I’m sorry.” he said softly, wrapping his arms around himself and walking towards one side of the shop with his eyes downcast, hoping Tristan wasn’t upset with him. Topher still didn’t know what was right and wrong, and that bothered him. Was he even cut out for being a werewolf? He sighed at the thought and tried not to think about it.

Tristan moved and wrapped his arms tight around Topher "Its nothing to big, though it will mean we need to keep tabs on him. He may be good or bad." He sighed and hugged the Alpha tight "Come lets shop, theres a wolf hat you may like"

Even when Tristan hugged him, Topher frowned and shook his head. “I’m sorry I won’t do it again, I promise.” He said softly, looking around shortly and mumbling, “Okay.”
Walking no where in particular, Topher allowed Tristan to lead the way, curious about the hat even if he was feeling bad.

Tristan reached down a grey wolf hat that had fluffy ears and paws that were gloves connected by a scarf like part. "Like it?"
