Catashi smiled back, enjoying the help from the male Inu. His job lasted all day, making him very tired by the end of the night. If he could receive help, he gladly took it. The neko’s tail swished back and forth, not only liking the help but the time he could spend with the other. His hands grabbed the ingredients, putting them into a pot. It was amazing that a cat could like a dog and vice versa, but these two made it work. “Hm…I’m gonna make pasta!” the cat replied happily, though he knew one word from his master and his plans would be changed instantly.

The young neko’s ears twitched as he heard the pained yelp coming from the next room. He felt bad for the rabbit and paused his work, wanting to go help. His ears lay flat against his head as he looked up at the dog, silently questioning what to do.

The demon blinked, not expecting the younger one to begin to cry so easily. Hearing the little one’s words brought a bright smile to the demon’s facial features. He nodded, readjusting the boy’s arm. His bones popped back into place with a quick movement. He released the child’s arm, looking down at him. He always felt pity for those who cried. He knew any other demon would simply kick their servant while they were down, but Monoshi simply wasn’t able to do so.

Taking in a deep breath, he put a gentle hand on the rabbit’s head. His hand ran through his hair, petting his ears. His other hand wrapped around the boy’s lithe body. “Shhh. It’s alright. Your arm’s fine. Do you want something to eat?” he questioned, his hand running through the rabbit’s hair.

The male Inu's tail wagged as he heard that pasta was for dinner. "Yay one of my favorites" he said with a big smile on his face. "Then again though anything you cook is good so, I guess whatever you make is my favorite." He continued to speak with a happy tone. Once finished with the dishes he watched the neko cook. Tadashi loved watching Catashi cook, he wished he was that good at cooking.

He then noticed the neko's ears perk up and his did as well. "Poor bunny" he frowned as his tail lowered in between his legs. He then looked at the neko's questioning face and replied," You and I both know that there's nothing we can do even if we want to help Catashi.." he said with a frown on his face. "The only thing we can hope for is that the bunny learns his lesson quick...plus master isn't the worst around... I don't think he will hurt the boy too bad.." he said in a somewhat confident tone.

The rabbit flinched and yelp once more as his new master popped his bone back in place. Tears filled his eye more, 'I cannot cry like this in front of him... he will think I'm weak' he thought to himself. He wiped away the tears from his face with his uninjured arm.

He then heard I sigh come from his master and flinched as he felt his hand on his head and ears. He then noticed his master attempting to hold him and assure him that his arm was fine. Next, he heard his master question if he was hungry. Akio slowly shook his head and quickly jumped out of his master's arms. "N-no I'm not hungry..." he answered the demon with a quiet tone as he backed away and huddled himself in the corner across the room. Shaking he lowered his head into his arms. ' I feel so weak hiding like this and sitting scared in the corner.. but what can I do? I'm just a rabbit after all.." he though to himself. " Y-you can go eat.. I just wanna be here for awhile..." he spoke softly as he buried his head deeper into his arms.
