Kotetsu waited till Jayson left and walked up the stairs before sighing heavily and setting down his glass of whiskey. The clinking of ice made him threw his head back. "So not cute at all. Kids these days..." He murmured and began to drink his beer. By the time Jayson came downstairs, Kotetsu was nursing his whiskey. I wonder what Kaede is doing right now. Probably doing homework and eating my moms good cooking that's what...

"Sorry, I'm back," he said as he walked behind the bar again. "Want anything else?" Kaiji asked. "Or are you wrapped up in thought?"

[Ybfan]

"Ah welcome back! Can I get another whiskey on the rocks?" Smiled the older man as he looked into his glass. "Well I was just thinking about my daughter and how she was doing. Too late for me to call her and well...I don't know what to say to her half the time," giving a small chuckle he takes a sip of whiskey and continues. "I bet she is enjoying my moms cooking right now. Lets see...today's Wednesday so..." Kotetsu's brow furrows together as he tries to remember but let's out a sigh and waves his hand in a motion that he forgot.

"So what you? Did you enjoy your little vacation?"

Jayson nodded and made him the drink handing it to him, "you know the easiest thing to start with is how was her day then progress from there to whatever else comes to mind from what she says to you," he stated. "As for my vacation wasn't too fun, I spent most of my time dealing with annoying relatives and arguments over money."

Rubbing the back of his head and thanking him for the new drink. Kotetsu downed the left over of his original whiskey on the rocks and snagged the new one. "Well she's 10 now and she tells me that I still treat her as a kid. When she asks when she can come visit or when I can, it just never pans out," taking a moment to drink his fresh drink he looks at the man with a small smile. "Vacations shouldn't be like that. Families should get along and something like money shouldn't be a divider like that either. If you need money, I will try and drink more!" He joked as he gave him one of his smiles that caused his eyes to close.

"I don't need any my grandparents died and all their money is on hold til a will can be found," he stated. "And with your daughter you should just take some time off and go sweep her off her feet and take her somewhere, you can get your mother to free up he schedule so that when you surprise your daughter there actually is time," he said. "Just ask her about places she wants to go before hand and set it up, and always have a back up."

Kotetsu was taken aback when he heard that Jayson's grandparents have passed away. Down casting his eyes he felt bad for what he had said. "I'm sorry for your loss. If you ever need to talk, you can always talk to me since I always bother you with my problems."

Listening to Jayson however made Kotetsu picks up his drink and downs it rather quickly. Setting down the empty glass of ice, he looked at the bartender with sad eyes. "Yeah I could do that. But then again you make it sound so easy. Every time I seem to interject into her life it's at the wrong times. But...I will put in some time off at work and go see her," he mused happily and tapped the rim of his glass. "How about another there?"

"It's fine," he shrugged. He took the glass and filled it again. "But you really should take it easy... don't drink too much..."

[Ybfan]

"Heh you sound like Antonio. I know no one is here to take my sorry butt home so this will be the last one. So what's the bill so I can pay you before I forget?" Smiled Kotetsu and he did feel himself beginning to get warm and his face was flushed. When Jayson pours another drink, he motions for the young man to come close to him. "So I have a question. Do you wear red contacts?"

"No, these are real," he replied. as he cleaned up everything. "As for the bill pay it next time," he told him.
