"I keep telling you old man it's Barnaby, not bunny," said a voice from behind.

As the blonde stood there, a group of women just seemed to be in awe of him as Kotetsu just snorted.


"Well luckily for the rabbit there are some carrots here so we can order him a batch."


Everyone seemed to sigh as the two bickered and sat next to each other with Jayson to the left.


"Before we get too far along, my name is Barnaby and what's your name?" He asks Jayson as he stands from his chair to walk over to shake his hand.

Jayson stood then took his hand shaking it, "Jayson, nice to meet you." After a moment he let go of his hand and looked at him. "You seem nicer than what I've heard," he commented. "Well anyway I own a bar you should come by."

"Oh really?" Said Barnaby as he sent a glare to the back of Kotetsu's head as he visibly shuddered. "I would love to hear what is said about me when I enter your establishment."

"Say what did you all order?" Interjected Kotetsu quickly as two cute Chinese waitress came out with a tray of glasses and pots of tea.

"Well we got some different types of fried rice, specialty noodles, chicken with black bean sauce, sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, with side orders of steamed tofu and mixed vegetables. Oh and we got some egg rolls, dumplings, and fried shrimp as an appetizer," said Pao-Lin happily as she began to pour tea for every body.

Barnaby by now took his seat next to Kotetsu and handed him a cup of tea. Leaning in to whisper in Kotetsu's ear, Jayson heard, "old man, I thought we were on good terms."

Kotetsu sat still and drank his cup of tea and almost dropped it. "Hawt! Hawt!" He said fanning his mouth and ignoring Barnaby all together.

"He doesn't speak badly of you that often," Jayson commented. He then excused himself as his phone rang. He walked off to answer it. It took him ten minutes to end the call before he came back with a sigh. "I'm sorry, I have to go," he gave a bow. "It was nice meeting you all, you should come by some tie for drinks..." He then turned to Kotetsu, "stay and enjoy I'll catch a taxi." Jayson then waved and walked off.

Kotetsu was going to object when Barnaby took his arm. "We have some work to do after lunch so you won't be able to take him home anyways."

Staying in his chair he turned to wave good-bye to Jayson. "Take care and hope to talk to you soon."

Jayson took a taxi back to the bar. Waiting out front was a woman of about 22. "Why'd you come here?" he asked the girl as he paid the driver.

"Well you avoided up the whole time you visited," she said. "You're my brother I want to see you."

"Well I prefer not being bothered with family problems..." he sighed. Jayson then opened up letting his sister in and then locked the door once more taking her upstairs. He showed her to the spare room that was filled with junk and unusable. "We'll clean it up and you can stay but you'll work for it."

"That's fine, I'm just here to spend time with you anyway," she smiled then started to clean.

"Don't know why you did it you know I hate these sort of things...." Jayson told her as he started to clean.

"Because if you knew before hand I was coming you would've left," she commented.

The rest of lunch was okay as he wanted to get the young man out of bar and possibly interacting more with him. Eating his portion of the food, he nearly choked (well he did really) when Nathan spoke.


"Why Tiger, are you sulking?"


Barnaby patted Kotetsu's back as Karina swooped next to him with a cup of tea. Gulping it down and clearing his throat he hit his chest a couple of times.


"I am not sulking..." A small pout formed as he continued to eat.


"Kotetsu," said Karina as she touched his arm. "Slow down or you will choke on your food again."


"I'm fine, Karina, but thank you."


Giving a small sigh Barnaby took out his phone and sent a text message to someone and almost immediately it beeped with a reply.


"Old man, I'm not feeling well so I canceled the meeting for today so after lunch we are free to go," said Barnaby as he took out his credit card and ushered a waitress over.


"Oi bunny...you okay?" Replied Kotetsu wide eyes as was everybody else.


"I am fine, just want to relax is all."


"Aren't you so nice handsome," smirked Nathan as the two of them shared a knowing glance and a smirk.


"I can be sometimes," he joked as the waitress squealed with delight and went to charge his card and brought left over boxes.


"Hey Tiger, take the left overs to your little birdie. Don't want him to waste away," smiled Nathan as he pinched Antonio's ear when he was about to object.


"Thank you everyone," he smiled and once they finished with everything Kotetsu went to the parking garage to get his car and head to the bar.

Some time later Jayson and Julie, his sister, got the spare room cleaned up and usable. "There," he said heading to the door. "Anyway how long do you plan on staying?" he asked.

"Dunno," she replied. "Until I see you're well take care of I guess," she smiled.

"I do fine on my own..." he rolled his eyes then went to the bathroom to shower.

Julie giggled, "yeah yeah," she closed the door and changed into a t-shirt and shorts, a much more comfortable outfit when staying home.

Kotetsu whistled as he parked his car at home and walked to the bar. Wondering what he should talk about his little birdie. Once there he knocks on the door and waits.

Julie answered the door, "hello?" she said with a smile.
