Again Kotetsu nodded as he redid the set up of the table by bringing everything together so they could get the food on the plates. Picking up a glass he went over to get a glass of water. While filling it up he legs gave way randomly causing him to drop the glass in the sink and breaking it.

"I'm so sorry..." He whispered shocked as he caught the counter and quickly began to pick up the pieces only to make a small sound which usually indicated that someone cut themselves.

Jayson stopped and turned to Kotetsu, "hey hey, don't touch the pieces," he stopped him. After taking care of the cut he took Kotetsu to his room, "just relax I'll bring the food here. Jayson gave Kotetsu a little smile then got up and left to clean and finish the food. A few minutes later he had a tray with two plates and two glasses on it. He set it on the bed then looked at him, "take your time but try to eat."

As Jayson was taking care of the cut, Kotetsu's breathing hitched as his body trembled slightly to the contact as his vision blurred for a moment and his face turned a hint of pink. Whatever drug he had hasn't fully made it out of his system yet since it appeared that he was still sensitive to touch. With that said, the cut and everything hurt like hell, but with his high pain tolerance he was able to pass it off as minor.

When he told to relax in Jayson's room, he couldn't. Kotetsu didn't know why, but the heat that his body remembered from earlier in the day when Jayson saved him from Jake still lingered on his flesh. Sending chills down his spine as he realized that the other man has saw him naked and aroused.

As Jayson returned with the food, he looked over to the plate and couldn't deny the fact that his stomach grumbled at the sight and smell. Taking a plate slowly, he gave thanks and began to eat slowly. Between bites he would look over to Jayson and felt another shiver go down his spine.

"Thank you again...for everything..." he mumbled and took another bite and swallowing. "It's not like I am not grateful, but why did you call the police?" That portion he remembers pretty well. The look the cops gave him and how the nurses and such tried to get him to calm down, but he refused. His body was still hot at the time and any form of physical contact made him feel...odd and he didn't want to have that kind of reaction when around people he didn't know. So yes, he wished that Jayson didn't call anyone. Just let Jake go about his way and let it be the end of it.

"Because you're my friend and I'm not gonna let something go under the rug to save your pride," he stated. "Letting him do it once would just give him the power he needed and if you just let him do what he want's what kind of example is that for your daughter?" he asked. "If you let some one take advantage of you she would do the same because I'm sure he would've bragged that he got what he wanted and she would find out even if it wasn't right now.. and I think it'd be best if you can look at her and tell her she shouldn't let some ass take advantage of her..." he started to eat. "You have someone who looks up to you, don't let her down..." Jayson stopped eating and stared at his plate. "And I once new someone who just let someone do as they pleased giving up on everything holding it all in..... he died and I couldn't do a thing to help him, so I don't care what you think I'm not going to let something like that repeat itself around me..."

A sad and weak smile touched his lips as he also set down his plate on the tray. "This way people will still find out...and my daughter doesn't look up to me anymore. She looks up to my partner and she's a tough one so she won't be bossed around. Just like her mother," Kotetsu's vision blurred for a moment before a few tears just began to drop to the top of his hands. "Also I am used to it in a way too. I know I am that odd man out in many things, I get into trouble, pay a lot of fines or pay for damages...there really isn't meaning to be me except working as a hero for kids. I...just don't want anyone to know." Taking a deep breath he continued speaking as he also thought about the next few words. "I'm sorry for your loss and it is nice of you to think of me as a friend to make me feel better and I don't plan on dying anytime soon. I'm told I'm too stubborn to retire so yeah..." Well maybe they were not hte best words to think of, but with his own brain being mush, he couldn't help it.

Kotetsu stood up slowly and walked over to the bag that had some of his clothing in it. "I need a shower...I can still...feel everything..." he muttered to himself and tried to figure out if he should just put these clothes back on or get a different pair.

By all means use it, and stop thinking negative of yourself," Jayson stood. "I'll let you relax, I have some favors to call in," he said then left the room with his plate. "And children always look up to their parent's even if they doesn't show it and in the little things they do you can see it," he said. "As for her finding out this way, all that the news is printing is that a rape attempt was foiled nothing more," he told him. "Anyway is that the talk you wanted to have?" he turned in the door way to look at him.

Nodding to his words, Kotetsu felt a little better, but there was still more he wanted to say. So when Jayson asked, he looked at him in the eyes. "There's more...how...did you know to stop by? And..." Taking a deep breath he looked away from Jayson. "I'm sorry that you had to see me in that state and I know it's probably disgusting to have a man my age react and sound the way I did so I hope I didn't scar you too bad." Once again, he puts up that fake smile as he looked back to Jayson.

"I don't find you disgusting," he stated. "And there's only one area 15 minute from me you could'e been that's how I knew where you were," he replied. "And hearing Jake's voice plus something Nathan told me made me go."

Kotetsu couldn't help, but turn red at being told that he wasn't disgusting as he took a step away from his bag and once again fell over, not catching himself this time.

"Shit..." he muttered as he sat up and he slapped his legs. "Yeah they don't like him and I know Nathan, Keith, and Antonio have the biggest beefs with him...but I am glad you came though..."

"Happy to help," he nodded. "Do you need help getting to the bathroom?" he asked.
