Lindy actually managed to enjoy himself, spending his time with Lint. As the day dragged on, he both felt better and more anxious. Anxious because he'd remember he had to eventually go home. But it wasn't something he could run from. It was waning on into late afternoon, and Lindy didn't want to keep Lint from work. "I had a really nice day, thank you," he said softly. He figured it was time for him to start home.

Lint loved relaing with Lindy he was a truly interesting guy and perhaps they would get closer, but he just loved teasing the heck out of him whenever he could. He smirked soflty, as it was getting kind of late so he was anxious for Lindy to be safe."Be safe!" He called out before walking back inside to finish paperwork and looking out for the animal.

Despite it being late, Ken certainly did not feel like going home right now, he was too into looking at the water move with his Lifeguard workbook and study guide for certification and everything. He figured that if for certain his relationship is destroyed with Lindy then he'll just distract himself with work and swimming so his mind wont be filled with painful memories. He now has permanent burns on his face from that coffee, but it didnt look too serious.

Lindy eventually got home, coming in the door almost silently. He wondered if Ken was home. He... he wanted to see him. God, living with an ex, er possible ex, was going to be horrible. Especially because Lindy didn't want to break up. He just... he didn't think he could trust Ken to be in a serious relationship. "I'm home," he called.

The house was silent when Lindy got home because...Ken wasn't there, despite it being late and almost pitch black but at the moment Ken was too into his thoughts to go home, he was almost petrified and it was the first time where he didn't feel like coming because it would be awkward and tense in a bad way.
Ken didn't mean to give himself off as the guy who is not serious about dating, but to Lindy he just came off like that and he doesn't think he could improve, since if he tries it's going to turn into a disaster. And plus...Ken's a jerk. Or so he thinks, and it's probably true.
Ken let out a big sigh and looked into his training book, it was rather a thick book making him smirk as it would be a good distraction.

Lindy kind of wondered why everything was quiet. But he tried not to worry too much. He just got himself settled and went to bed. He did want to see Ken, the guy was still his brother after all. He'd feel horrible though, seeing the burns he'd left on the other's face. He'd feel completely miserable about it.

It was getting cold and Ken shuddered making him sigh again and mutter, "I should go back home.." he muttered and making sure his burns were hardly seen, he tried to cover as much as possible with his hair, he kind of deserved the burns but he's not ready to put it out there yet that he has obvious burns on his face.
He slowly walked home with his head down as he hugged his book almost. The walk felt like forever and it was darker than before when he got inside of his house.
Seeing Lindy's shoes, he figured he's home but he's going to try to avoid eye contact as he went into the kitchen and chugged water.
It's funny how from one moment he cant keep his hands off of Lindy and now he's anxious seeing him.

Lindy thought he heard the front door open, and he was sure it was Ken. But suddenly, he seemed frozen. He... he couldn't make himself get up and see his brother. His chest clenched, and his heart hurt. He felt a tear leak down the side of his face before burying it in his pillows. Why was everything so wrong?

Despite it's pretty hard seeing Lindy he wondered if he ate, how was his day and all those things. He wont be too pleased that he spent with Lint because he doesn't know all these things right now, it probably is a good thing not to know right now. He finished the whole bottle of water and took another one, not feeling like eating right now even though he didn't eat for the whole day. He'll eat something tomorrow.
He hopped up the stairs, seeing Lindy's door closed, obviously it would be awkward to walk in and ask how he's doing so he just walked into his room. Closing it, taking off his shirt and resumed reading his book.

Lindy would be worried if he found his brother hadn't eaten all day. Even if Lindy thought they shouldn't be together, he still loved Ken. Both as his brother, and a lover. Though, he was starting to question how Ken had felt about him. Ken hadn't been able to keep his hands off, and he'd only said 'I love you' like, once. Had... had all the affection just been a way to get Lindy into bed? He cried even more at that, careful to cover his sobs so they wouldn't be heard.

Ken didn't hear the sobs he has earplugs in his ear but he was serious about his relationship with Lindy, he took guts and told him his feelings, true it may have been only once but then Lint barged in, fucked it all up kind of and he thought it would be awkward to tell Lindy again that he loves him. So he tried really hard with action, but again it got fucked up. He does though, both as a lover and as a brother. Since Lindy thinks he's not a serious guy, Ken thinks he wouldn't be believed in.
The Lifeguard study book was really interesting, half of it was CPR training.

Lint got home and started eating anything he could find out of his fridge, he was curious about Lindy not knowing he was crying his eyes out so he texted him, 'hey! you ok?' He pressed send.
