So basically we have to actually contribute to the forums, rather than just posting, "I agree" or "That's amazing" all over the place. This'll finally help me get rid of those full screen advertisemetns. They're really annoying sometimes -_-

I think it would just make everyone a lot happier if it just did what it said it does. Any two posts, no matter where or what, count. And that's all you need to get rid of the full screen ads. Because BLUH, I come here, wanting to see what the sites like, and I never stay for that long because the full page posts get on my nerves too much. So then i'm not really in a congenial mood enough to join in on the various debates and conversations and activites in the forum section. I'm only here right now because I thought that you only need two posts, AS IT SAYS, but apparently its a lot more complicated than that

I'd like to say your whining, but it IS a valid point - the text is not accurate and it should be.
For that, I apologise again. I've said it in other threads too, so many times its getting me down - I'm sorry that the text is wrong. Its been flagged on the buglist to be fixed and admins have been looking at it... but the damned text has been added into the site in a bloody inconveniant way so its not a question of just deleting it.

As I've also hinted at before - Posting in this section or on complaint threads about this issue WILL NOT EVER count towards your posts.

Again - if people want off probationary you want to be aiming for THIRTY OR MORE posts including gallery comments to get the higher-level memberships.

Adverts are not a punishment, nor are they blackmail to force you to contribute - full membership is a REWARD for contributing willingly.
If you don't contribute you will not be rewarded!
Its all controlled by a computer, this thread will help you blast off some steam, but posting here will NOT get rid of adverts.
