Crazy Magic [private for me and TimetoDuel95]

The mage waited by the fountain in the town square with his owl on his shoulder and his head tilted downward. He was nice enough to give the kid enough of a distraction to get onto the ship, but he knew it wouldn't be enough to get him off safely, so he happened to poison another ship mate as he passed him by while he was still cloaked. He would start to feel the poison breaking him down from the inside out around the time that Naoki would need to find an escape route.

Looking around he bit on his lower lip. What now? Though... he slowly and carefully checked if it was safe to run out of there. He saw few men gathering around one that was holding his stomach with soft groans.. and there wasn't anyone else nearby. He dashed out of there.. and it was too late to catch him by those men when they started to yell at him to stop. When he was sure no one was following him he stopped to calm his breath a bit. After that he went to the fountain where he should meet that crazy mage.

"Well done...I can sense the root that you have on your person." Simon softly praised as he moved away from the fountain and over to where Naoki was standing.

He held out his hand for the root. The owl on his shoulder shifted its position so that it could watch Naoki hand it to him, its eyes glowing in the darkness of the night an eerie gold.

As he got on the place he saw the mage almost immediately. He really did look like an evil character. Looking at his owl he handed over the root hurriedly and took few steps back.
"So.. I'm free now?", he asked quitely, his eyes on the men.

"Oh no...you're not finished yet. This was just a test...now you get to hunt the rest of the ingredients for my spell." Simon replied casually before chuckling softly. "But, don't worry...some of them are easier to find than others. I have most of them already, I just need the final four."

[zajawa]

"Tsk. Great", he grumbled and decided to wash his face and hands in the fauntain.
Then he started washing his hair, not really sure if he would have time for it later. Naoki was careful of his new ears doing that. And he was a bit tired as his hunger once again was back. Damn.. where would he find food at such hour? And that mage surely won't let him rest with his hour glass half empty...
"What's your name? And what igredients?", he asked, strightening up and looking at other male.

"You may know me as The Black Sorcerer. As for my real name, I'll tell you once you get all of the other ingredients. The rest should be marked on that map I gave you now that you have given me the root. I need them by sunrise." Simon replied. "If you need help on the way, my owl will be in the shadows."

[zajawa]

"I figured out that much", he said with a shrug.
Taking the map out he looked at it. Musing over it a bit he hummed. That wouldn't be easy but he should be alright.
"After that I'm free?"

"...maybe. Maybe not." Simon replied before vanishing into a mass of black smoke while his owl flew off into the darkness.

[zajawa]

"Oi! That wasn't our deal!", he yelled and muttered out some profanities under his breath as he saw the black smoke. "That's not fair..."
The last he said was more like a whimper, his tail all puffy from how unhappy he was with others answer. Grumbling under his breath he looked once again at the map. Fine. Let's start with this..

As the night was turning into the early morning he was back at the fauntain. All four igredients were in his pocket. The igredients were crazy.. Sweat of Ameru Toad. Seriously?! Who wold have that in the kitchen? And what the fuck was Ameru Toad? As he got on the place he looked around, searching for the men.
