Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on Yaoi Ai:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 2 or more posts who has been a member over a week) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 30 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

No, nobody knows I browse these websites. Not anyone near me anyways.
And actually, it's not so much I like Yaoi so much as that it's just one other subject where I get material for drawing stuff that makes people squirm in their pants (if the latter happens, success!).
That is to say I don't hate it either, but having to explain this to real life people is too much trouble, and they probably won't believe me.

my friends know im gay, and most of them accept it

nobody knows I'm gay. I don't want to be gay either. But I was born this way.. and I won't change so I have to try really hard just to be bi. If my parents found out.. woah. I try sending links of yaoi websites to gay people without signing it and using a fake account (and once, to someone I only thought was gay) but nobody ever responds. My area is gay tolerant, but once you come out, you suddenly lose friends.

My younger sister knows. We've dabbled in writing higher rated fanfiction, and she draws a little of the fluffy BL and GL. We have fun picking out subtext in anime and giggling over it. She actually got hardcore before I did! She said she found Sensitive Pornograph by accident and couldn't look away...I looked for it afterwards. Our parents don't know. They're supportive of our interests because I have self-esteem issues and they know it's important to me, but after they learned more about it they made me promise not to bring porn into the house.
